| It’s been a proper sizzler of a few days to bring in our new dish on the menu! Huevos Rancheros. HIGHLY underrated breakfast, with tortillas, fried egg, avocado cream, feta, pickles & charred corn. Mild hot sauce or ‘couldn’t be further from mild’ hot sauce both available 🥵 get something iced with it 🧊

We’re really excited to have found a new smokehouse down in the Cotswolds who offer up complete transparency on where they source their salmon from. We’ll chat about this more another time! But it’s damn delicious and up on specials this week, to be brought back full time on the menu over the next few days 🍋
