| A little more thought about where our food comes from.

Our smoked salmon comes from Smoked salmon , sourcing salmon raised on the west coast of Scotland before being cold smoked in the Cotswolds over juniper, beech and oak.

It costs us a little more, but better sourcing and better ingredients are things we’re happy to spend more on.

Properly sourced, properly made, and well worth trying next time you’re in.
