After our longest break since opening in 2022, we’re back and ready to welcome you all!

Before we get into the changes we’re making, we would like to thank each and every one of you for your support in 2025 ❤️

2026 will bring some changes:

NEW OPENING HOURS:

Mon-Wed: CLOSED
Thur-Sat: 11-11 (lunch 11-3 / dinner 6-9)
Sun: 12-8 (roast 12.30-5)

We will no longer be serving breakfast/brunch. Our new lunch menu starts this week. Our evening and Sunday menus will remain the same.

As always, sample menus can be found on our website. Our menus are seasonal and subject to change so please contact us by phone or email if you have any queries.

Remember, we’re also open for coffee and cake or a swift pint (or several) and a good natter! ☕️🍻

Christmas Eve: 12-8pm (coffee/cake/drinks only)

Christmas Day: 1-4pm (BOOKINGS ONLY) then open for drinks 5-8pm

Boxing Day: CLOSED

27th Dec: Usual hours

28th Dec: Brunch 10:30am - 3pm

29th & 30th Dec: CLOSED

31st Dec: 5pm - 1am (usual evening menu 6-9pm)

1st Jan: Brunch 10am - 4pm

2nd - 15th Jan: CLOSED

We will be closed for a short while in January to give our amazing little team some time off that they deserve. During that time, keep your eyes peeled for some new menu changes 👀

We're on the hunt for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our tight-knit team at Bolete!

As a produce-led restaurant, we're proud to showcase the best of what each season has to offer.

You'll be working directly with our head chef, minimum 30hr week, including evenings, weekends and occasional split shifts. At least two consecutive days off weekly.

Yes we’re late to the party! We’ve been overwhelmed by the number of people interested in celebrating Christmas Day with us… so here it is.

Things to note:

The menu is now available via our website bolete.co.uk

Due to our very small team we will not be able to accommodate any allergies or dietary requirements.

Maximum party of 6.

Reservations will be open from 9am this Friday 17th October.

£75pp deposit and pre order required. We will be in touch to arrange this.
