Swinnies Fish & Chip Bar Swinnies closed it's doors for the final time at 8:30pm on Saturday 15th june. We will concentrate on our fantastic 117 Bistro Bar and enjoy some family time 😊

Thankyou to all who have visited Swinnies over the weekend! There we're so many of you! A lot had fish and chips for the last time tonight and we hope you thoroughly enjoyed all of your food.

Thankyou for all your kind and supportive words over the last few days, you've blown us away with your comments and personal messages.

Closing Swinnies is definitely going to be bitter sweet and we hope for the sweet sooner rather than later.

All the best to you all!

We'll be supporting Newbridge chippy in Barrowford. We aim to pay him a visit next week for our tea and hopefully we can spring him a few surprises from our shop.

*Announcement* Some good things have to come to an end..

Swinnies will be closing it's doors on Saturday 15th June.

We're very grateful to all our staff past and present. A lot of hard work has gone into Swinnies and we appreciate you all for it. Thankyou for supporting and understanding the closure.

To all of our customers, just a massive thankyou for your support. We know a lot of you personally and your feedback has been fantastic over the last year. It's really helped spur on our team 😊

Many of you know either myself, Gen or both of us from Swinnies or our wonderful Bistro next door. I'm sure you'll all agree that family has always got to come first.
Running 2 businesses, juggling a young family with our boys and all other life logistics can be difficult. It's been a major factor bringing us to this decision.

117 Bistro Bar is our ultimate passion. Our tremendous staff and fantastic customers make it a wonderful hub for so many of our lovely customers. The Bistro is complemented on a daily basis and we can't thank you enough.
We'll be concentrating on our Bistro, our family and making sure that you all receive the most delicious food and drink and that we provide the best experience possible.

That's it.. The end of an era for Swinnies. We hope another opportunity that's right for our family, our staff and our customers comes along soon..
