Dear valued customers,

We would like to sincerely apologise to any customers affected by longer waiting times today. As a small family business, there are times when we are very busy, and today we were short-staffed and cooking orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

To be fair to everyone, we informed customers in advance about the waiting time and asked for written orders so we could serve food in the correct order. Many customers kindly understood and we truly appreciate your patience and support.

We always aim to provide honest service and good-quality food. If a customer is not happy with a dish, we will never force them to take it, and we are happy not to charge for it. Our menu photos are for reference, and portion size and presentation may vary slightly as all food is freshly cooked.

We are very sorry if anyone felt disappointed today. We are always learning and trying our best to improve while running a small business with care, respect, and responsibility.
