Excited to release the menu for later this month! More amazing work from to create great visuals! Have pulled together what will be a delicious and diverse selection of coffee, all roasted on the P3000 from Look forward to meeting lots of coffee enthusiasts and sharing what Tilted and others have worked so hard on.

Filter first and the first Tilted filter events are complete. Amazing sessions. Met some curious minds and kind souls. Look forward to making this a regular thing. We had the Caturra Rayado from Chorro Alto brewed 3 ways (Moccamaster, Neo and Orea 01), Washed Gesha from Oma block Gesha Village and Thermal Shock Gesha from Edison Argote. It was a festival of flavours! Wonderful cups from Jono Smart. Plus the spectacular croissants from Rolling Pin Bakehouse in Nantwich.

First filter tasting event coming up on the 07 March. Two sessions on the day. There are two seats remaining. Will be sharing a range of coffee through a variety of brewing methods. Danish Coffee Festival 2026. Done for another year! Amazing event, really well organised. I brewed, served and sold more coffee than I ever expected. Met lots of kind, curious and passionate people. Thank you to Viktor and Greta I loved being part of the team and always great to meet up with you. Also got to work with an amazing person and espresso magician ! Thanks to for providing me with such amazing green coffee and for the tools to make it so tasty on the P3000!

Getting ready for the Danish Coffee Festival at the end of this week. Looking forward to meeting up with friends and brewing up a storm with them! Also enjoy visiting other roasters and coffee professionals at these events to help me learn more as well as have some fun.

2026 - A lot of ideas in the pot! Wishing you all a great one. Tilted is starting with locking in profiles for some special coffee on the new roaster and teaming up with lots of talented people. Dream it / Do it.

To mark the occasion of a new roaster and Tilted scaling up, we commissioned some special labels. Limited run including a keepsake card with orders. First batch going out to subscribers. Delighted with the amazing work from the very talented Amber .it.au very joyful and unique.

It has been a very busy week. Culmination of a lot of effort and dreaming! Getting ready to share more, but for now…the space is set, the roaster is here, great things will happen. Many people to thank and feeling blessed.
