Try our new homemade delicious cake! Coconut pandan cake, is a Filipino chiffon or sponge cake (mamón) flavored with extracts from boiled pandan leaves. Frosted with cream and filled with young coconut strips or macapuno. This cake is a dessert representation of the traditional Filipino pairing of buko pandan.

Naimas, one of the newest places to eat out in Nairn is our March member of the month. The bistro opened last July and people are flocking from Inverness, Forres and Elgin to tuck in.
