Cullen skink is a thick, traditional Scottish soup made from smoked haddock, potatoes, and onions.
Ours stays true to its origin, but with a lot more flavour. 18 ingredients (not an including water !😜) make 1 flavour packed stock into 2 soups. One is a smoked haddock and potato veloute and the other is the “chowder “. They are then both combined and finished with cream to make The Stack Cullen Skink. 😋
*it’s a permanent dish on our menu. Perfect for those autumnal days !

🎄From Thursday 29th November, come and join in the festivities with friends/family/colleagues.
ALL of our menus will be available and they will include a selection of festive specials (including Turkey) and drinks using the best, locally sourced produce. They can all be found on our website. (link in bio)
🎄Fixed Price Option:
For parties of 8 or more that prefer to stick to a budget there is a fixed price 2 or 3 course option:
Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday– 2 course £28.00 per person, 3 course £34.00 per person
Friday and Saturday -2 course £31.00 per person, 3 course £38.00 per person
* Please note that for all parties over 8 we require a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person .
Pre-orders are required for parties of 8 or more.

As usual, we are happy to open on Mondays and Tuesdays for large parties.

Christmas eve -12.15pm-9pm (last food orders 7pm)
Christmas day and boxing day – Closed
27th December– Food served all day from 12.15pm-6.30pm, and open till late.
28th, 29th, 30th and Hogmanay – Food served all day from 12.15pm-8.15pm, and open till late.
Closed 1st-8th January
