Join us on Wednesday 5th August for a relaxing stone painting session!

Decorated stones can be entered into the Mountsorrel Revival Competition (competition entries are open to under–11s only).

Drinks and homemade cakes will be available to purchase throughout the day (9am - 3pm). 🍰☕

Due to the current high temperatures, we have a few temporary changes to our opening hours and menu for the rest of this week.

We will only be open tomorrow. To keep everyone safe and comfortable in the kitchen during the heat, we will be serving a cold food menu only.

After tomorrow, Breward's will be closed for a short break. We will reopen as normal on Wednesday 22nd July.

Thank you so much to all of our wonderful customers for your understanding and continued support. Stay cool, and we look forward to seeing you tomorrow or welcoming you back later this month! ☕

Due to the current heatwave, Breward's will not be serving hot food for the rest of this week.

However, we're still offering our fresh salads, cobs, sandwiches, iced drinks and ice cream milkshakes to help you cool down!

We are incredibly excited to offer a delicious range of bespoke picnic boxes and sharing platters - perfect for a relaxed, stress-free afternoon enjoying the live music at Castle Gardens as part of The Big Lunch 2026 celebrations.

As a proud student-led coffee shop, every single order directly supports our Homefield College students in gaining valuable, real-world hospitality skills. Everything we make is crafted with care, meaning all our sandwiches are freshly prepared and all our pastries are completely homemade.

Thank you to everyone who came along and got creative at Breward's on Tuesday! The workshop was a fantastic success, bringing different generations together to share in the fun. 🪨🎨

It was wonderful to see so many unique designs come to life, and we cannot wait for people to spot them out and about. A huge thank you to Sorrel Stones for co-hosting this brilliant event with us and helping to revive such a lovely community tradition. 💚
