At The Steelworks, we are proud to be a welcoming venue where everyone can enjoy themselves in a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to hateful, abusive, or homophobic comments on our social media. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but discrimination, personal attacks, or offensive language directed towards our performers, staff, or guests will not be tolerated.

It is disappointing that, in 2026, we still see negative and homophobic comments surrounding drag entertainment. Drag shows are about fun, laughter, and bringing people together. If they’re not for you, that’s absolutely your choice—but there is never a place for hate.

Any comments that are abusive, discriminatory, or homophobic will be removed, and those responsible may be blocked from our pages.
