ML One is a training restaurant run by the hospitality and professional cookery students at New College Lanarkshire, Motherwell Campus. ML One offers a mouth-watering selection of excellent food ranging from contemporary combinations to traditional favourites at reasonable prices. The menus are innovative and are regularly changed to keep in with local and seasonal produce. We are fully-licensed and open to all students, staff and members of the public. Orders must be placed by 1.30pm.
