Meet the Team👋

This is Sarah. Sarah is one of our supervisors here and has been part of the team for almost 4 years. She is 20 years old and is currently balancing work here with studying for a Journalism Honours degree at university, so her life is pretty busy!

When she’s not supervising the team, she’s usually planning her next adventure. She’s already visited 11 countries and is on her mission to make it to 30 before she turns 30… so her travel list is getting pretty long 🌍✈️

Sarah is also a big coffee lover… so much so that the first question she usually gets asked when she walks in is, “Would you like a coffee?”☕️

You might also spot her behind a lot of our Facebook posts. Sarah has became our unofficial social media manager - mainly to practice her journalism skills (and because once you post once it somehow becomes your job forever😅)

If you see her when you’re in, make sure to say hello… especially if you’ve got travel tips for where she should go next!

Also feel free to ask her recommendations from the menu as she’s making her way through it🤣

Respecting the past and building the future👏

Da Claudio was opened on the 5th of November 1991 by Claudio Biagiotti.

Arthur worked alongside Claudio as the manager, who took over for Claudio on the 5th of November 2004. Currently celebrating 21 years of ownership.

Elliot (current manager) worked alongside Claudio and Arthur as a Chef and has now progressed to restaurant manager.

As we honour Claudio for the strong foundation he built, Arthur and Elliot lead the next chapter of his journey✨

Claudio took Arthur to the restaurant and assured him Motherwell was the place to be!

And how right he was…

As 35 years later, Da Claudio is still here and continuing to grow and provide great service and food for its customers.

Thank you, Claudio, for the vision that started it all🥂

As Claudio begins a new chapter of his life, he is currently retired and living in Uddingston. Arthur and Claudio still remain in regular contact, sharing a friendship over years of business and career building.

We are so grateful for Claudio’s inspiration and drive that brought Da Claudio together.

We would like to say a huge thank you and we appreciate you, Claudio, as a great boss💪

We are looking for a dedicated team member who is passionate and hard working to join our team to help us out in the busy restaurant!

Previous experience in hospitality or bar work will give an advantage for this job.

This job will involve cocktail bar and restaurant service.

The job will consist of week days 11-3pm across 3/4 days a week.
Approximately 16 hours per week.

This job meets national minimum wage and includes tips.
