With the new lockdown rules we would like to inform all customers that from Saturday all orders are to be placed over the phone and we are still only accepting cash payments.

If you are collecting your order then you must wait outside as we aren’t allowed any customers in the shop and a member of staff will bring it to you, all deliveries will be as normal🥡

we have seen some comments saying that we hung up the phone on customers, I just want to clarify that we did not hang up on anyone, I’m not sure if this is an issue with the new phone or not and we will try to resolve it as soon as possible. We prioritised the overwhelming amount customers who were at the shop today before answering the phone, we apologise to everyone who couldn’t get through the phone line as we know it’s frustrating, it is for the staff too and we want to thank all our customers for your patience over the weekend❤️

Our phone is now fixed, orders for delivery and collection will now be taken as normal through the shop phone✨✨

Today we will only be accepting orders by phone call or by customers coming to the shop, this is to avoid any orders being not seen by text etc, I also will not be accepting any phone calls until 4:30pm as yesterday I had them coming from 12pm✨
