We’ll work with you to create the right menu and style of service for your event, then cook everything fresh in front of your guests beside a real wood fire.

We’re based in Northumberland and available for events across the North East.

Our goal here at Rollo’s has never been to reinvent pizza with gimmicks. We simply make pizza we love with the fresh high quality produce.

We started out with a classic Neapolitan style, but over time it’s slowly evolved into its own contemporary neapolitan kind of thing.

One thing we haven’t changed is the fire. I love the fact that in 2026 we’re still baking every pizza next to a real wood fire, just like pizza makers of Naples hundreds of years ago.

The wood fired oven is a wild beast, it keeps you on your toes, but there’s simply nothing that compares in terms of subtle flavours and raw heat for the type of airy crust we want our pizza to have. We love the thing and it’s the beating heart of Rollo’s..

A pizza I’ve been making for myself a lot lately. Buffalo mozzarella with those classic Marinara aromatics, garlic and oregano.

If you’re gonna throw cheese on a Marinara, you might as well use the top stuff…

Marg Monday…

After all the countless hours, 18 hour days, constant micro tweaking, sacrifices, mistakes made and pure graft that me and the team have put in over the last few years.

To then be able to simply produce a Marg next to a wood fire, just the way we want it, and have this come out of the oven tasting the way it does, makes it all worth it. And we’re only just getting started.

The simplest things in life are often the best.
