✨ So… this is it. My final day opening as the owner of Café at No.2. ✨
I honestly don’t even know where to begin… today feels very emotional.
What started as a dream became something so much more than I ever imagined. Over the last 21 months, this little café has been my heart, my home, and a place filled with so many special moments. 💛
To every single person who has walked through the door, supported the business, shared a coffee, a chat, or simply chose us — thank you. You’ll never truly know how much that has meant to me.
I’m so incredibly proud of what we created here. It was never just about coffee or food — it was about creating a space where people could slow down, feel comfortable, and never feel rushed. Seeing people enjoy that space has meant everything.
Along the way, I’ve met some truly amazing people — some who came in as customers and left as friends. Those connections are something I’ll carry with me into whatever comes next.
To my amazing team — Tracy, Tracey, Macie and Emily (not forgetting Alfie, Ollie, Rheya and Jessica) — thank you for being by my side through it all. The busy days, the stressful moments, and all the laughter in between… I couldn’t have done it without you, and I’ll miss our days together more than you know. 💕
And now… a new chapter for the café.
Tracy first came on board over a year ago to help ease the pressure as things grew (week after week!). From baking, to afternoon teas, to becoming such a huge part of the café — it just felt right.
I’m so happy to say that Tracy and her sister Kirsty will be taking over from tomorrow. I know this place is in safe hands, and I truly hope you’ll support them the same way you’ve supported me.
As for me… this isn’t goodbye. I’m just turning the page to a new chapter.
For now, it’s simply… see you later ❤️
