Did Santa bring you a pizza oven? Pizza Kits are back!
Available from the 6th of January. If you'd like to pre order drop us a message.

Pizza Kit £20 includes, 10 dough balls, 2 x 400g tins of san marzano tomatoes and 800g of cubed mozzarella.

Pro Kit £20 includes, 1kg of Caputo 00 flour, 2 x tins of san marzano tomatoes, 2 x 500g of fior di latte and caputo yeast.

Dough Balls £12, 10 x frozen 220g caputo dough balls.

This week we’re using tinned san marzano tomatoes.

We’ve put the instructions on how to prepare them in the box of dough balls.

Empty the tin into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and just crush them up with your hands. The tomatoes will also break down when cooking. Avoid blending them 👍
