FACT: you wouldn't want to eat olives straight from the tree! They need to be cured to make them taste so incredible. Unless they are the Throubes Olives, these sun ripened beauties are tasty freshly picked!

Gorgonzola is a soft and crumbly Italian cheese made from cows milk and aged for 3-4 months. It has a distinctive salty taste and is great with short pasta like Penne or Rigatoni for a quick meal. I often make a quick dinner for the children with it.
