I need to take a step back sometimes and remember this...

Constant pressure to do better, and be better.

Days when its quieter, and you wonder if your best is good enough.

I've never owned a cafe before - never mind two. Its a constant battle to stay afloat in the first year.

We've been plagued with issues... electrics, fires, ovens exploding, boilers breaking to name just a few.

But I get up every single day, ready to go again. I see the wonderful comments, the support from my beautiful customers and the smiles that we give.

I know on those hard days.... I just need to dig a little deeper.

We are not even 7 months in yet - we've got it all still to come 🩷

I truly believe that Munch will be the backbone of the community spirit within the Wirral.

In the words of Dory.... "just keep swimming"
