As me and my wife are imminently moving house, my diary is and shall remain clear until after the move and until we properly settle which may or may not mean I have done my last event for the year, we shall see. But thank you to everyone who has come out to visit me in any of my appearances this year and supporting me ๐Ÿงก

Tonight I fired up the bbq again for these utterly delicious wings. For the glaze I highly recommend this tequila & lime marinade. Over a medium heat add in Tequila of choice, 3 cloves of crushed garlic, 2 teaspoons of mild chilli powder, a good sq**rt of honey. Let that reduce down and take off the heat when thickened. Grate in a lime zest then chop the lime and squeeze in the juice.

Drizzle over the wings in a bowl, toss and serve.

Now who would start a fire on the hottest day of the year? Well, someone wanted steak!!
