Stu celebrated 40 years as director of Batsford Arboretum last month!!

A local of area of Cotswolds destinations & known throughout as a funny, caring & passionate man.

One of his most memorable times over the decades however was being lucky enough to spend the day as a Grouch employee…aka a Grouch Girlie…*

*although ridiculously lifelike (scared Amelia a few times) this cardboard cutout was not forced into unpaid labour & was well cared for, fed & watered throughout his time at Grouch.

Be it you’re in a rush for the train - our filter is brewed first thing every morning - it takes seconds to serve, it’ll just be you deciding on what baked on site yummy to choose that slows you down 😊
