It’s been an absolute pleasure working with .o_privv for a 4 day work experience adventure. A focused young man who thrives to be a great chef when he leaves education . What’s so refreshing is to see a young person who knows what they want and will go out of their way to learn new skills and develops their talent . Nathan created a 3 course dinner that showed his early skills and talent . Well done young man , the world is your oyster and I’m so thrilled I have been able to give you an insight for what’s ahead .

Particularly hard today having lost mum when I was here in LA when she died . Here I am back here and it’s Mother’s Day . So much has happened in the last few months with Dad dying as well . If there’s anything I can share it is that if you still have your parents then love them more than you ever did as when they’ve gone you will be left with a hole that is so deep that it’s very difficult to come to terms with . We will all pass at some stage as it’s the journey of life but whatever we’ve been through whether good or bad our parents brought us into this world so celebrate them with unconditional love .
I miss you mum , I couldn’t let you know I’ve arrived safely as I have done all my travelling adult life . But be sure to know you shine deep in my heart and you walk with me everyday ..
