Last night my beautiful friend Jess invited me into her new space for a massage..... this wasn't like any massage iv had before it. I left feeling relaxed, reset and spiritually reset.

My nervous system was reset and today I feel like a different person, kind of like I can deal with things calmer and my ADHD is easier to deal with.

I cant thank you enough Northern Shore Morecambe and im so incredibly proud of this next step in your journey of life.

Please give Jess a follow and book in. Women need to take time for themselves sometimes and this was rhe perfect way to do that!

When he couldn't quite finish his hot choccie he was chuffed he could take the rest home in his very grown up take out cup!

Yesterday we had lots of kids in making a mess.... we would rather have you here making a mess than not at all! Kids like Blake really make our day ❤️
