Shout out to our neighbour Nicky at SUKI Oriental Food Mart . I have never been able to find noodles like this in a giant supermarket. It pays to shop local! All sauce ingredients and noodles were bought at Suki. I’m so happy with how this simple dish, a take on Pad See Ew, turned out. Thank you SUKI Oriental Food Mart
