Good afternoon Montrose

This Friday is our Reality Fracture prerelease!

While we are still moving shop, we will be open for the prerelease at the new store location (Directly across from the old store, you can't miss it). We will let people in from 5:30pm and will begin the prerelease at 6pm.

We're looking forward to seeing everyone for the first event at the new shop.

Good afternoon everyone.

We're still hard at work processing 30th anniversary orders. A large amount of stock has been delayed by Pokemon as I'm sure many of you are aware.

We have been given rough estimates that this product will not be available before the start of October. We will post items out as soon as we receive them. We understand this is frustrating for those of you that have not yet received their allocations but we promise we are doing all we can to make sure you get it as soon as you can.

If you have any questions about your oder please message us via facebook or email as we're still moving and haven't set our phone back up yet.

If you do not have an order but wish to request stock, please wait until we have made an annoucnement about stock numbers before getting in touch as we are currently swamped in emails asking for more product. We appreciate your enthusiasm but we don't have any spare right now.

Good morning Montrose (and beyond)

At Redcaps we know how hard it can be to get your hands on TCG products, especially Pokemon, which is why we limit big releases to so many per customer. We want to ensure that as many people can get their hands on them without having to constantly refresh web pages and line up early at stores.

While processing todays orders we have discovered a large number of orders placed through multiple accounts but all going to the same person in an attempt to get around our limits per customer.

We want to make it clear that when we discover these orders we will cancel them and may block you from future purchases.

We are received some of our 30th anniversary Pokemon stock and are currently sorting orders, we will be sending out emails and packages throughout today and tomorrow.

Good morning Montrose!

Today is our last day in our current location, as we're moving across the road to our new location in the span of the next four weeks!

Because of this, we'll have a limited menu due to running down our stock.

Just a quick update about the Pokemon 30th Anniversary release. A number of items in this release have been delayed by Pokemon and as such we will not have them on Wednesday.

We will do our best to process all the orders we can but please be aware that there may be delays with your order.

Good morning everyone!

Suns out so why not stop on by and get a bite to eat. We still have our lovely carrot & coriander soup up for grabs. Today is Wednesday so we will be open until 8pm, perfect time to get some games in.

This is our last week at our current place before closing on Sunday to start the big move. But for those who have orders to collect or want to order anything then don't worry, just pop on by the new shop and you'll be able to get your items.

We will keep you updated as best we can with when the new place will be fully operational.

Good morning everyone!

A bit of winds picked up and if your out and about, looking for place to shield yourself from the gusts then we are open with the perfect coffee to warm up with. We currently have our milkshakes and a Mac n' Cheese with delicious bacon for ourspecials and our soup today is a our homemade carrot and coriander.

We do also have the MTG: Reality Fracture items up for preorder on our website along with the prerelease bundles. The prerelease will be held on friday the 25th of September so if your wishing to partake then make sure to get your hands on a bundle. This is looking to be an exciting one!

Good Morning Montrose!

We have some exciting news to share. This sunday (13/09/2026) will be our last day trading from our current premises at 79 high street.

Over the next few weeks we will be working hard to ensure that the new premises is set up just right and during this period we will unfortunately have to close the cafe and will be operating our online store only. Customers are welcome to pop in to pick up orders or quickly grab something off the shelf that's caught their eye but most of our usual services will be paused.

Our pre releases will still be going ahead and we will update you closer to the time.

We look forward to seeing everyone again once we've reopened fully and will let you know the full details as we approach that date.

(Also look at our new floor, an improvement for sure for anyone that can remember what it looked like before)
