This isn’t actually our conventional Salmon Raaz.

A customer asked if we could make it with a milder, creamier sauce, so we tailored and tweaked the recipe to give them exactly what they were looking for.

That’s one of the advantages of cooking food properly and cooking it fresh. If you prefer something milder, hotter, creamier or adjusted slightly to suit your taste, just ask and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

At Little India Monmouth, our dishes are freshly cooked to order — no frozen meals microwaved to ‘perfection’, just proper food prepared for the person sitting at the table.

Sometimes the best dish is the one made exactly how you like it.
