When we closed, we'd accepted an offer to sell the cafe and thought that 92A Front Street would be in somebody else's hands within a couple of weeks.
Unfortunately things have not gone to plan. If there is anybody out there who would love their own cosy cafe in Monkseaton, do get in touch! You'd be welcome to take over our brand and ethos if that's what you'd like, but you could also open with your own look, feel and business name.
Please note that we are not currently advertising with an estate agent as we thought we'd give you the opportunity to buy the fixtures & fittings at a lower price. Should we need to advertise through an agent the price will be adjusted according to their valuation and fees. The valuation by an agent was £25-30k.
