🧁 Well, this is a little departure from our usual brownie business…

I don’t often make cakes for markets, but I’ve been busy creating lots of lovely little treats for a private event this week and, well… I couldn’t resist making a few extras for Saturday! 😍

And these are rather special…

🍫 Rich, indulgent individual chocolate mud cakes, filled with our award-winning Isle of Skye Sea Salt Caramel Sauce, plugged with a little chocolate fudge icing, then crowned with a gorgeous swirl of Madagascan vanilla crème au beurre.

And because we do love a finishing flourish, just the tiniest sprinkle of caramel butter crunch. ✨

Rich chocolate, silky vanilla, buttery caramel and just a little crunch. Sometimes the simplest flavour combinations really are the most decadent.

We’ll have a limited number of these little beauties at producersofangusmarkets Forfar Community Campus, this Saturday from 10am.

They’re a rare appearance on the Artisana stall, so if you fancy one, don’t leave it too late!

🌟🌟Well - all productivity has ceased as we can now jump around the bakery and announce that we've won at the Great British Food awards for an amazing 4th year in a row!

AND - we've won in 2 categories! Silver for our Hot Chocolate in the Free From Category (judged by Julia Cross) and Bronze in Sweet Bakes for our Toasted Hazelnut and Caramel Brownie (Judged by ) Totally humbled that our wee rural business gets recognition from some of the top names in the industry! Add this to the 5 Great Taste Awards we won earlier in the year and this has been a bumper haul of awards for Artisana! Now in a panic about next year 😂

Meet our Pumpkin Spice & Ube Cheesecake Swirl Brownie — rich chocolate brownie swirled with a delicate spiced pumpkin cheesecake and beautifully earthy ube cheesecake.
