A Difficult Goodbye 💛

It is with a very heavy heart that we have to announce that The Gathering Coffee Shop & Bistro has now closed permanently, with immediate effect.

This has been an incredibly difficult decision and not one we have taken lightly.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Thank you to every single customer who walked through our doors, to our amazing staff past and present, and to the wonderful community of Mold who supported us.

It has been an absolute privilege to serve you all. The coffees, the chats, the laughs – we will cherish them all.

Good Evening from Daisy Pedels standing next to her 1885 Penny Farthing. She is ready to greet the riders at the start of the Women's The Tour Of Britain 2026. This Friday (21st August) Totally Mold will be the place to be as we welcome the riders for the start of stage 3. 🚲 🚲 🚲 Thank you to Mold Market for helping get daisy her ride see you tomorrow for another fabulous market day.

Fresh Salad & Coleslaw plus homemade Red Onion Pickle & Pickled Carrots. 🥕 🧅 🥗😋 Here at The Gathering we make all our own pickles and our salads are fresh each day. We can also make a salad version of our popular sandwiches which we top with homemade croutons.
