Hi everyone,
We’re really sorry to announce that we’re not opening Caffi’r Cob today (Hadyn sandwiches is open).
This has already been an incredibly tough week for us with the heatwave, and today is forecast to be even hotter. Our kitchen is very small, with no windows or proper ventilation, and it quickly becomes unbearable with the griddle and coffee machine running.
It's simply wouldn’t be fair on our hard-working team to ask them to suffer through another full day of extreme heat.
We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this causes, especially at short notice. We really appreciate your understanding.
We’ll be back open as normal tomorrow when it’s a little cooler.

Another of our Greek night dishes, these are my potatoes that go with my lamb kleftico, they’re marinated so they soak up the flavours, lemon, garlic, olives, plenty of oregano from Corfu, sea salt, pepper and a touch of cinnamon…
