This week at Hugo’s…

For our technical challenge, we’ve baked Cherry Bakewell muffins. And taking centre stage as our showstopper is a coffee and walnut sponge inspired by Nigella. We also have kinder bueno or Malteser cheesecake and our roulade is lemon curd (homemade) and passion fruit
