So many of you said YES, stay open! — and we’ve been reading every single comment.

So… it looks like PIE SHED AFTER HOURS might actually be happening 👀🍷🥧

Now we need your help with the important bit…

Obviously our pies are staying firmly on the menu — imagine the outrage if they didn’t 😂 — but what ELSE would get you through the door on an evening?

The weather’s turning, so we’ve given our Lite Bites menu a proper autumn makeover… and this one is full of Pie Shed comfort food 🤎

Think soft-set Scotch egg with honey mustard mayo, sausage casserole with creamy mash, slow-cooked chicken, bacon & leek, good old pork pie & peas, crispy kimchi hash browns with halloumi… and obviously, pudding 😍

If a Kinder Bueno and an iced latte had a baby... this would be it. 🤎🥛❄️

Our Hazelnut Iced Latte topped with silky white chocolate cold foam tastes ridiculously like a Bueno. Creamy, nutty, chocolatey... and dangerously easy to drink.

🥧 THE PIE THAT MAKES US PROUD 🥧

Of all the pies we make, this one is particularly special to us.

The Maude ❤️

Named as a homage to my dear Grandma Maude, it’s our take on a proper traditional cheese & onion pie — Cheddar, Red Leicester, potatoes, slowly cooked leeks and onions, all tucked inside Mum Diane’s handmade shortcrust pastry.

It’s a little piece of our family on a plate.

And the bit that makes me burst with pride? After all these years, Maude is our BESTSELLING pie. 🥹

Outselling all the meaty ones and proving that sometimes the simplest, most traditional things are the ones people love the most.

Mum still makes every single one by hand, right here in our kitchen — and every time someone orders a Maude, there’s something rather lovely about hearing my Grandma’s name called through to the kitchen. ❤️

Served, as all good Pie Shed pies should be, with buttery mash, mushy peas and our proper gravy.

And just like that… we’re back for another week at The Pie Shed! 🤎

Breakfast is on from 9.30am — whether you’re starting the day with a proper Full English, one of our pancake stacks, Mexican Eggs or something a little lighter.

Then from 11.30am it’s all about lunch… homemade pies, proper buttery mash, mushy peas & that gravy 🤤 plus plenty more from our lunch menu.

And obviously, the cake counter is fully loaded too 🍰
