Behind every coffee at Canal St, there’s this team too. ❤️

Our roasters Doe & Fawn turned three recently, and our café crew came out to The Grainstores to celebrate with them properly.

Working this closely with a local roastery is something special. The collaboration between our café and the roastery is at the heart of what we do, and nights like this remind us why it works.

Our new guest roast from , on the grinder from tomorrow ☕

What makes it special? It’s a natural process Ethiopian. That means the coffee cherry dries around the seed, soaking the bean in juicy, fruit-forward flavour.

What you’ll taste:
🍑 Peach
🟤 Brown sugar
🍫 Cocoa nibs

Basically summer in a cup.

How to order it:

→ Long black if you want the fruit to shine
→ Flat white if you like it soft and sweet

Last Friday, .mk turned a sunny morning at Canal St into a full-on breakfast moment ☀️

The Desi Buns? They disappeared almost as quickly as they arrived.

It also gave us a little glimpse of something we’ve been planning…

Our new seasonal menu has been live for a while now and this is our latest entry - banana bread latte.

We’re layering caramel, banana & hazelnut syrups with our signature espresso and a cinnamon finish.
