A menu not to miss this father’s days!

This Father’s Day, we’re doing things a little differently.

Forget the usual Sunday roast. We’ve put together a special menu inspired by American smokehouse flavours whilst keeping everything you love about a proper family Sunday lunch.

Whether you’re treating Dad, Grandad, or just looking for an excuse to get the family together, we’d love to welcome you.

Meet The Team at The Brothers Supper!

This week we would like to introduce you to... Kayleigh!

Tell us your name and your role?
I’m Kayleigh, and I’m the Operations Co-ordinator here at The Brothers Supper.

What do you do as part of the team?
I’m responsible for HR, including onboarding and offboarding all staff, organising interviews, and supporting the team throughout their journey with us. I also help with prepping for events, office management, ordering supplies, and generally looking after the management team and anything they may need.

What’s your favourite part about working here?
I love the variety of the role. Every day brings something new, and I like to keep busy!

What do you enjoy most about looking after our guests/events?
I really enjoy seeing the final event come together after so much planning and effort has gone into it. It’s so rewarding to see everything run smoothly and our guests having a great time.

What’s your favourite dish or drink here?
I love a burger, so it has to be one of ours, you can’t go wrong!

Tell us one thing people might not know about you?
I’m a proud mum to my 2 year old son. When I’m not at work, I’m spending time with him, he keeps me busy and makes every day an adventure.

Last week alone, our incredible team delivered 16 events, including 9 over a single weekend! 👏

This Saturday, Lakehurst Park has something for everyone!

Join us from 12pm for our Deanshanger Family Day packed with activities for all ages:

🍴 Plus, our kitchen will be serving food all day, including a selection of our delicious small plates, perfect for sharing with family and friends.

As the family day finishes, our DJ takes over from 6pm to keep the atmosphere going before England take on New Zealand live on our giant screens.

☀️ With the warmer weather finally here, we’ve made a small change to make your Sunday lunch experience even more enjoyable.

Rather than our traditional self-serve carvery, we’re now serving our Sunday roasts plated directly from the kitchen. This means less queuing, fresher food straight to your table, and more time to sit back, relax, and enjoy the sunshine with family and friends.

You’ll still find all the favourites you know and love, including perfectly cooked meats, crispy roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, giant Yorkshire puddings, and rich homemade gravy.

This week we would like to introduce you to... Ruby!

Tell us your name and your role?
My name is Ruby and I am a Front of House team member.

What do you do as part of the team?
Within my job role I undertake a variety of tasks. You’ll often see me floating around Lakehurst Park, The Shoulder of Mutton and I also work events.

What’s your favourite part about working here?
My favourite part about working with The Brother's Supper is the amazing and fascinating experience I get presented with which I'd never normally be able to do.

What do you enjoy most about looking after our guests/events?
I love getting to talk to customers from all walks of life and seeing their face light up as they recall some of their favourite memories and experiences.

What’s your favourite dish or drink here?
I love the Salted Caramel Espresso Martini.

Tell us one thing people might not know about you?
A fun fact about me is that I completed a study abroad programme in Seoul, South Korea.
