They’re baaaaaack…..taco platter boxes! Now taking orders 😁🌮
Collection on Friday 20th or Saturday 21st August - each box will include the following and will serve 2-3 Taco fans:

10 Fresh tortillas
2 out of 3 taco fillings:
1. Chicken Tinga - slow cooked with smoky chipotle
2. Beef Barbacoa - slow cooked in a blend of adobo spices
3. Halloumi & oven roasted mildly spiced cauliflower (v)

Fresh Guacamole
Refried Beans
Mexican cheesy spiced corn
Stuffed piquante peppers
Chipotle crema
Chorizo wrapped cheese
Cheddar cheese
Feta cheese
Totopos (fried paprika tortillas)
Jalapeños

Our burrito platters are back! 🌯😋😁 We hope you’ve missed them as much as we’ve missed you lovely lot!

Collection Friday 9th July (will keep in the fridge until the Saturday if required), each box will serve 2-3 hungry bellies, is easy to reheat and include the following:

12” (huge!) flour tortillas
Choose between 2 out of 3 burrito fillings:
1. Chicken Tinga, shredded and cooked in a richly spiced tomato sauce
2. Pork Pibil, slow cooked in a blend of achiote spices or:
3. Roasted butternut squash and red pepper with black beans

Loved creating these Burrito Platters this week - wasn’t sure I’d manage to squeeze everything in to one box ! 😉🌯
We will be taking a little break to give you lovely lot a chance to venture out and enjoy some al-fresco post-lockdown restaurant dining (and hopefully some warmer weather 😊☀️🤞).
