We’ve announced Luca’s Sunday Carvery, but now we need answers.

Are you starting with 28 day aged beef striploin, honey roast ham or rosemary, sage & thyme roast pork?

And what’s getting that precious plate space? Garlic and rosemary roasties? Dauphinoise potatoes? Cauliflower cheese? Sweet and sticky chipolatas? Yorkshire puddings? Or the pulled BBQ brisket mac ’n’ cheese?

Tell us your meat and your top three sides below. Choosing only three is part of the challenge. 😅

And just when you think you’re finished… there’s warm apple and cinnamon crumble with ice cream or custard.

Congratulations on your nomination Fintry Bay Cafe & Restaurant, Millport 🤍 smashing it!

A huge congratulations to my good friends James and Connie Taberner on their nomination for Entrepreneurs of the Year at Fintry Bay Cafe & Restaurant, Millport! 🎉

For such a young couple to take on the responsibility of running such a well-known and much loved island business is incredible to see, and we’re all so proud of everything they’ve achieved.

To receive a nomination like this in your very first year is an amazing accomplishment and so well deserved.

Congratulations to you both, we genuinely couldn’t be prouder! ❤️

A couple of weeks ago, Millport was once again filled with cowboy hats, live music, dancing and that brilliant atmosphere our wee island does so well. ❤️

And this isn’t exactly a new tradition… Millport’s Country Music Festival dates all the way back to 1995, when it began life as the Millport Country and Western Weekend. That’s more than 30 years of country music on Cumbrae! 🤠🎸

So, after announcing our gorgeous Sunday Roast AND the return of Tapas Night this October, we thought we’d give you another little treat…
