I'd like to take a moment to thank each and everyone of you for such wonderful, kind and caring comments, in our closure announcement post, private messages and phone calls, Neale and I are overwhelmed with all the response and loving vibes coming our way and to be honest I've felt such support, it's been heartwarming and a lovely warm feeling, during this very upsetting time.
Thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts ❤️
We'd like to thank our friends in the Pembrokeshire Hereld for this lovely article about Madison's, that also draws attention to the worrying hospitality sector problems, not only in not only our small seasonal area, but nationwide 😔
I'd also like to take this time to send our love to Rob and Brian who only 24 hours after we closed, permanently closed their beloved local business as well😔
Once again thank you all for the love and support, it means more to us than you can ever know and you will all be forever in our hearts and happy memories.
So for the final time I write:

Customer Announcement 😔

Four years ago Neale and I, after months of hard work and imagination, transformed an old chippie, into vintage Madison's, a fine dining bar and restaurant, and it is, if we say so ourselves a beautiful, 'three' award winning restaurant, that we are very proud of.
Madison's is our unique creation and pride and joy, named after our beloved dog❤️

However, times have drastically changed within the hospitality sector as you are all aware, especially in a seasonal area which is saturated with other eateries, and it is a battle for so many small businesses😔
Neale and I have endeavored to fight the many, horrendous soaring business overheads and like many others recently, there sadly comes a time when we have to say, we've tried our best, but the powers that be win again and it's time to say goodbye to you all 😔
This is probably the hardest post that I have ever had to write and both Neale and I are truly broken hearted, but with a deep breath and a few momentos, plus so many happy memories, it's time to close the doors on our beloved Madison's for the final time and say goodbye😔

We'd like to take this moment to thank all our wonderful hard-working staff, old and new, particularly the following people who played such a very large part in our amazing kitchen and front of house teams:

So now I will say goodbye to you all and close this page, wishing you all love, good health and happiness, until we hopefully meet again in the future.
