Gosh the summer hols are speeding up on us aren’t they, and this year they’re lonnnnng! I don’t know about you but we can’t go away or take loads of time off so I like to book a few affordable things to do around the juggle and general chaos of having both kids at home for weeks on end. Little bits to look forward to and connect are a win!

The first of our summer holiday craft sessions is here and it’s set to be a good’un!

Our super lovely school starters events are ON!
Last year we did all the schools we could and some were more popular than others- this year we will only be running events for schools you guys ask for and where enough people book to ensure they are as useful and full of fun as possible!

They’ll be midweek afternoons in August and will take place at The Den (with possibility to hold some at both other locations if enough people are up for it!)

So, chuck us your vote either under this post or via DM and let’s get making some buddies before our tiny babies start at big school 🥰 (I’m not crying you’re crying)

A moment for the Loft’s rainbow stairs 🌈
Man oh man these were a labour of love 😅 but I love that a once stained and boring staircase now adds a bit of a joyful journey up to our lovely play space 😍
NGL the painting of the rainbow is proving to be a bit of a metaphor for the opening of this new biz baby in general. An idea and a lot of hope, followed by a lot of hard work and an uphill struggle. We will be leafleting, showing up more on here, and pounding the pavements to spread the word but if you’ve been and had a nice time we would be SO grateful for any google reviews, and those golden word of mouth recommendations passed on to friends - for a tiny business like mine it really does help enormously 💕 especially in these crazy hard times 💕

Crafty Kits is back especially for Father’s Day weekend and we have THE cutest crafts lined up for you!
Join us for two guided activities where we’ll be making some lovely personalised gifts for Daddy/Grandaddy to treasure, followed by snacks and an on-theme storytime. Only £10 per child.

Our Little Kits menu has been carefully considered and painstakingly developed to ensure it cracks just the right balance of being nutritionally sound and super fun and engaging. Good honest realistic food which works for children being children, because going out with your little one shouldn’t mean having to compromise on quality.
Oh and our grown ups menu is pretty ace too 👀 😍🧡

Whoop whoop! Parties are GO at The Loft!! 🎉
Now taking booking for exclusive hires from July onwards - live availability on our website (link in bio, or comment ‘we like to party’ (whilst hopefully singing to Vengaboys IYKYK) and I’ll send it straight to you 😘 )
For 2 whole hours you get us completely to yourselves- an hour to enjoy our lovely Montessori inspired playroom, followed by a party tea in our cafe area and everything’s included in the hire price-

🥳 food and drinks for all children attending (max of 12)
🥳 use of our pastel tableware
🥳 pretty gingham tablecloths and birthday banner decorations
🥳 our friendly helpful staff to look after you and serve the grown ups coffees and cakes from the bar
