Chef Pom was taught to cook at an early age by her father and has had an interest in food throughout her life, developing her own unique, uncompromising style, with a very strong belief that only the very best ingredients should make it into each dish. A self-confessed foodie, Pom says "The food I serve is the food I like to eat, if my family don't eat it, I won't serve it" So what you get is a small, constantly changing menu to suit the mood and the season with the full gamut of Thai flavours, using traditional cooking methods adapted to Chef Pom's unique style.
