Every spoonful is full of comforting flavours and the warmth of Vietnamese home cooking. ❤️

“What a lovely little gem! The place is super welcoming, very cozy, and immediately makes you feel at home! Everything from the lovely and authentic decor, the atmosphere, service, INCREDIBLE FOOD and the smile of the owner and the staff makes you feel like visiting an auntie. We had summer rolls, Bahn Mi, Salt and pepper fries, Pho and Lotus tea. The food is freshly made, SUPER TASTY, portions are generous and just wow. I wish I came sooner! The place is run with people passionate about their food and culture and it shows. The decor is super cute, the place is filled with love and I loved that each piece has its own story - which the owner is always happy to share. Also, theres an abundance of meat free choices, which is a rarity in Middleton! We will definitely come back many many times. I just felt so relaxed and comfortable and didn’t want to leave!”

Before deciding to relocate Saigon Lotus in Middleton, Thi was already dedicated to making a positive difference in young people’s lives in Vietnam, UK and beyond.

🌟 She is the Founder and Managing Project Leader of the International Young Talent Award Project, an initiative dedicated to helping young people into daily reading habit, growth mindset, kindness and resilience fostering happier, healthier and more fulfilling living.

Her passion has always gone beyond food. It is about empowering young people, celebrating cultural diversity, building stronger communities and creating opportunities for the next generation to thrive.

Today, through Saigon Lotus, Thi continues that mission by bringing authentic Vietnamese food, cultural experiences, educational activities and community projects together under one roof.
