Last year, we had the incredible honor of hosting the amazing at Persian Cottage, where together we cooked up a delicious batch of Fesenjan, a rich and flavorful Persian dish that has deep roots in our tradition.
And now, his book is finally out, featuring a special chapter on Fesenjan and our unforgettable experience right here at the restaurant!
