I'm sure quite a number of our customers have been aware that the Bull has been up for sale and on the market since around November last year.

It is no longer for sale!

After almost 17 years being the custodian of this fantastic pub in our beautiful village, I am absolutely delighted to say that Lynda and I have purchased the building.

I'm so pleased to announce that the Bull will now return to a freehouse, for the first time since 1964, when Jimmy Swan sold the pub to Scottish & Newcastle.

There will be some changes, it will take time, but I know that they will all be for the better. We have made a significant investment and look forward to your continued support throughout the coming years as we return the Bull to it's original best!

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that has passed through our doors over the years, we couldn't have done this without you all.

I hope to see you all soon and look out for a celebratory party with some amazing offers coming soon.

All 3 areas, bar, lounge and function room will be showing the game LIVE as well as the earlier game, Brazil v Morocco at 11pm. πŸ‡§πŸ‡· v πŸ‡²πŸ‡¦

Please remember your ticket, as admittance will not be permitted without it. Door supervisors will be in operation. This is also a strictly over 18's event. πŸ”ž

There will NO admittance after midnight. ⛔️

If you do not have a ticket once our karaoke finishes at 12am, you will be required to leave the premises I'm afraid. 😞

We are required to serve in plastic glasses for the extended opening hours. Last orders will be called at 4.15am and both bars will close at 4.30am. πŸ•Ÿ

As we are in a residential area, please remember that we have a good relationship with our neighbours and would like that to continue. Please be respectful and make your journey home after the match a quiet one. 😊

It's expected to be a busy evening, the team will be doing their very best to serve you all as quickly as possible so please be patient while you are waiting to be served. We do have a zero tolerance policy so be nice! πŸ˜‰
