Things are gearing up toward Christmas at the bakery, I'll have my Christmas menu out by the end of the week so keep your eyes peeled 👀 as always there's a limited amount I can make so be sure to get your orders in early 😉

Bakers tip 🍞🥖🥐
Use a razor blade when scoring your loaves it gives you a much better cut but mind your fingers!

Do you know why we score? It's to create a planned weak spot for the steam to escape during baking.
