And here are the 60 cupcakes I made to compliment the wedding cake - 12 strawberry, 12 blackberry, 12 raspberry, 12 lemon, 12 biscoff.

Each box of 12 has a slightly different design - but all have the same colour palette of ivory & dusty pink to blend & work well together beautifully framing the wedding cake.

Here it is, the wedding cake I made for a very special couple.

I made this with so much love & as far as I'm concerned it's perfect.

A beautiful, ethereal, 4 layer, moist vanilla sponge & luxury strawberry compote, encased in professional grade ivory sugar paste, decorated with a rustic dusty pink palm, pampas & bunny tails. Finished with minimal sugar crystals, glitter, pearls & edible gold leaf.

The couple drove up from Laugharne this morning & they were thrilled. Means so much to me that they asked me to make their wedding cake for their special day!

Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance was not a disappointment for Mum's belated 70th birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed it & for once no tall person sat in front of me! Had a lovely pre-show lunch at Laguna in Park Plaza - a nice chilled out day! 🎭
