From the farm to the plate, from morning to evening!

Punchy watercress from Tatws Trading Greengrocers , pulled out of the ground by Harri with the farmer that morning, with griddled summer peaches, Cosyn Cymru famous Brefu Bach sheep’s cheese, toasted hazelnuts & a good drizzle of olive oil.

Creamy goat’s cheese salad with peppery watercress from Tatws Trading Greengrocers , homemade chicken liver pâté using livers from Wavells , served with an amazing beetroot chutney, plus colourful hummus & crudités plates for the little ones 🥕

A whole plate of North Wales!

Slow-cooked Welsh beef shin from Wavells , rich jus, roasted crushed new potatoes and punch salad using potatoes grown by Tatws Trading Greengrocers just up the road in Bethesda, with beautiful Swiss chard from Tyddyn Teg Cooperative.

All brought together for a wedding feast!

We’re incredibly lucky to have farmers, growers and producers like these on our doorstep. A plate that really represents this little corner of Wales!
