Today has been a hard one 😪💔
I had two bookings not turn up for their sessions today — one booking of 8 (which had completely filled the session) and another booking of 4.
I’ll be honest… it really stung.
I put so much love, time and thought into creating every ELS session, from the resources and activities to making sure there’s a lovely experience waiting for every family who walks through the door. So when multiple spaces are booked and then left empty, it has a real impact on my little business. 💔
And while I’d much rather assume the best, today has left me feeling that these no-shows may not have been accidental.
Because of this, I’ve made the difficult decision to move to online payment only when booking.
It’s not something I wanted to do, but I also need to protect ELS and make sure I can keep doing what I love. 🌈
To all of my regular families, and to every single person who has booked, visited, shared a post, recommended ELS or supported my little sensory dream in any way — thank you. 🥹❤️
You probably don’t realise just how much your support means to me.
ELS exists because of the community around it, and I’m so grateful you’re here. 🌈🪩❤️
