Thank you for all the support but the time has come to change my approach. I cannot continue on this chase justice in this particular claim from a rigged system of unaccountable Judges! I will file my own claim against those who genuinely believe they have won and are vindicated from their behaviours...

The truth is the judicial system of this country, the United Kingdom, is honestly nothing more than smoke and mirrors for wealthy families to abuse the processes of the courts to gain their desired outcomes. Today a hearing took place to address an order given to the claimant, the Ashby Folville Land Trust, based on multiple blatant lies that allowed them to start an unlawful claim. These lies sat in the judge's hands multiple times throughout this process but in his position of discretion and immunity nothing was ever done!

HHJ Hedley ruled that it would be unjust to set aside an order received on a false claim because said order was granted due to the defendant not following all of the procedure rules on a fast track trial. That is an absolute abomination of leadership as a steward of the law and furthers my feelings of the application of law in this country. The order would not exist if the lies were addressed from the beginning. It also ignores the employees who have lost pay, the trade partners who have lost payments and a customer, the minority small business owner in the lease dispute, and much more.

His ruling set a precedent that it's better to reward the liar who did the paperwork right as opposed to rewarding the victim with a just outcome although the procedures may be slightly off. It directly contradicts the Civil Procedure Rules Overriding Objective of dealing with claims JUSTLY and at a PROPORTIONATE COST. The ruling is disappointing beyond words but it has its benefits because it has let me realise I have protected many people who sat silent while this injustice has happened. Or people who were going to benefit from my company and myself being removed from the premises. People need to remember CHOOSING TO DO NOTHING IS CHOOSING TO DO SOMETHING so this next chapter is not to get the pub back but it's to make sure justice is served on each and every active and silent participant that thought this would go without consequence! The courts cannot only protect bigotry and lies for so long before the system eventually breaks itself!!!!

- Ignored by the estate agent George Watchorn but according to the witness statements of John Pope and Alex Stroud he chased me with no success of collecting rent 🤔
- Pub Manager offered the pub before a notice was even given of an unlawful forfeiture 🤔
- Pleading with Alex Stroud to update the DPS because it was destroying the trade but rumours were spread that I lost my licence 🤔
- Rumours started by an employee that had to be fired for lying on their application, car accident while potentially under the influence, theft, and repeatedly warned of drugs on premises 😑 the list could go on!!! 🤔

This is just the beginning of an interesting path that I have been forced to travel! This next journey in court I will not be the defendant and there are a lot of people who should start preparing a defence because no one is being spared in this resurrection of justice 🙏🏾✊🏾

In the last hour all you can do is have faith in a system that is obligated to act in a just and fair way. The application shows the claimant intentionally put the incorrect dates on their application to secure a claim. Now I sit and wait knowing I have done everything I can do and I have done it all with my morals and ethics intact. The outcome is the outcome and will speak volumes about the judicial system either way the judge rules. Ratio decidendi says the default judgement should be set aside but a judge has discretion to do as he pleases. So far they have been pleased by ignoring my repeat attempts for protection against a malicious claim that was fraudulent at its core. In the end I will not be defined by this outcome today but I hope the courts restore my faith in their fairness with an appropriate ruling today 🤞🏾🙏🏾🍻

Finding out that a meme with myself and the K*K was circulating around is disappointing. The police said there was nothing they could do which was the easy way to say they would not address it. The courts did not accept this happening as a reasonable excuse for possibly missing the service of an order through the post regarding an unless order and default judgement. This all played a part in the default judgement made giving the Ashby Folville Land Trust a victory not on merit in the fraudulent claim. Now the judge refused my original set aside application and ignored the hell I was put through. This shows a complete disregard for people with protected characteristics and forces the false narrative that racial issues don't exist... 🤷🏾‍♂️ They absolutely do exist they are just ignored by the very people sworn to protect and serve!

The repeated claims that there are no racial issues in Ashby Folville or the area is just an example of how unaware so many people are in regards to what is acceptable behaviour. The sad part is when you seek authorities to address the problem and even they excuse and tolerate this happening. As a black man this is one of the most derogatory words you can use. But courts, police, and certain communities find it acceptable here in the UK...

The events that have taken place since my time in Ashby Folville have been both rewarding and lovely as well as heartbreaking and disappointing. My fight to keep my business and what is rightly mine has not ended yet but it is close. There will be a series of posts that share my experiences in depth to show what has really taken place. It includes my final application to the courts addressing the fact that Alex Stroud and John Pope blatantly submitted false statements to secure a fraudulent judgement in their favour. Unfortunately at the last hearing the judge openly stated he was not ruling on the merits of my application but on only the procedures. The Civil Procedure Rules Part 1 states the overriding objective is to deal with the cases justly and at proportionate cost. For a judge to ignore false statements, fraudulent evidence, and false witness statements at the cost of a defendant is reckless. Thank you to everyone who did support the pub and I will know in the next 48hrs if my time has ended there or will continue!!! 🙏🏾
