Created by Head Chef Liam, this Summer Edition is a five-course dining experience celebrating the best seasonal ingredients, with each course thoughtfully designed to take you on a journey of flavour. Alongside the menu, you’ll enjoy two specially selected wine pairings to enhance the experience.
From wood-fired lamb belly and bone marrow butter flatbread to aged beef fillet and a Licor 43 crème Chantilly dessert, this promises to be a fantastic evening for food and wine lovers alike.
