We had a brilliant, social evening at the start of the year on a Tuesday night! Sometimes Sarah Paints hosted a relaxed watercolour workshop where participants learnt how to utilise masking fluid to make some great artwork.
Sarah is back on the 30th of this month for another casual class. This time, she'll guide you through the skill to use "negative space" to create an image by painting the background!
As Sarah states:
"It’s way more fun than sitting in a quiet room worrying if you’re “doing it right.”
An art workshop at the pub means you can relax — grab a drink, have a laugh, and stop overthinking every brushstroke. There’s no pressure, no judgement — it’s about having a go, not being Picasso!
Basically, it’s art without the awkwardness."
