I’m delighted to announce that I had a food hygiene inspection today and got another 5! I take good hygiene very seriously and was commended for my rigorous processes and high standards of cleanliness. I’ll be making some more ice cream for the weekend tomorrow, including a batch of pistachio. Let’s hope the weather cooperates and the rain goes away!

I was in two minds about whether to sell ice cream today because the weather forecast was terrible all week. It actually looks okay today so I’m going ahead. This week I’ve got a fresh batch of Ginger ice cream. This one never stays in stock long! Cash and card payments taken.

The weather’s absolutely beautiful and I’m at the Old Post Office selling ice cream today until 4:30. I even made a fresh batch of Vanilla, Cherry Ripple and Mint Chocolate Chip this morning to keep up with demand. Cash and card payments taken 🍦☀️😋

Here’s a sneak peek of some of my new flavours that are available this weekend.

Smarties 🔴🟢🟤 - Just Jersey swirled through with plenty of tiny Smarties.

Bounty 🥥🍫- Coconut ice cream, with coconut pieces and milk chocolate chips

Blueberry 🫐- Real blueberries combined with creamy ice cream.

All available tomorrow and Monday 1pm onwards from The Old Post Office, Melbourne, or sooner via DM!

I’ve had a few people messaging me asking when I’ll be selling ice cream this weekend so I’m pleased to announce I’ll be selling from The Old Post Office on Sunday and Monday this week. I’ve got all my usual flavours plus some large tubs of Smarties ice cream, Peach Melba, Bounty and Blueberry! The perfect way to cool down in the heat over the Bank Holiday 😎. Cash and card payments taken.

I’m really looking forward to Melbourne Spring Fair on Sunday. I’ll be there with a range of flavours which I’ll be selling in cones and tubs (with or without flakes)! The candy floss machine will also be back in action. Hope to see you there.
