To everyone who joined us for our 4th of July celebrations… thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
The wind may have blown, but it certainly couldn’t blow away the smiles, laughter and incredible community spirit that made the day so special. Seeing so many of you come together to celebrate, support one another and enjoy the occasion is exactly what Blackwater Quay is all about.
What makes it even more special is that, together, we raised a further £257 for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity.
That isn’t just a number. Every pound donated helps fund pioneering research, life-saving equipment, specialist care and family support, giving seriously ill children the very best chance of a brighter future. It helps provide hope during the most difficult times, supporting not only the young patients but also the parents and loved ones who stand beside them every step of the way.
Every meal enjoyed, every drink shared and every donation made has helped contribute to something far greater than a celebration. Your generosity will help make a real difference to children and families when they need it most.
We are incredibly proud that our Blackwater Quay community continues to support such an amazing cause. It shows that when people come together with kindness and compassion, even a local event can help change lives.
