♥️ A Huge Thank You ♥️

We just wanted to say a massive thank you to each and every one of you for your incredible love and support. We are truly grateful to everyone who chooses to visit us, and it’s because of you that we’ve been so incredibly busy.

We also wanted to explain why, even though you may sometimes see a few empty tables, we may still have to turn people away. Our kitchen is extremely small, and we only have one chef working at a time. While we would love to accommodate everyone, there is only so much our kitchen can manage to ensure every meal is cooked to the quality and standard you deserve.

Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are especially busy, and we are often fully booked. We’ve recently had quite a few people walk in hoping to enjoy a meal, and unfortunately we’ve had to say we can’t fit them in. This is never something we want to do, but once we’re at full capacity for what our kitchen can handle, we simply can’t take on any more food orders.

To avoid disappointment, we kindly ask that you book your table in advance, especially if you’re planning to visit us at the weekend. We’d hate for you to make the journey and not be able to get a table ♥️

🚜 Wednesday Tractor Meet-Up 🚜

What started just a month ago has already become a fantastic weekly tradition! Every Wednesday from 6:00pm, we’ve been welcoming an amazing turnout of tractors and visitors, and it’s getting busier every single week.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has come along so far – whether you’ve brought your tractor, stopped by for a look or joined us for food and drinks. We really appreciate your support ♥️

🎪🍻 Carnival Day at The Jug and Glass Inn🍻🎪

This Saturday is the Dethick, Lea & Holloway Carnival, with the main carnival taking place at Lea Green from 12pm – 5pm.

If you’re heading to the carnival, make sure you stop by and see us – we’ll be open all day for drinks and have 2 outside bars serving throughout the day to help keep the queues down!!🍺☀️

🍔 Food served: 5pm–8pm
🎶 Live music: 5:30pm–7:30pm

Whether you’re joining in with the carnival festivities or just looking for somewhere to relax with a drink, we’d love to see you..

🎉 What a fantastic day we had here at The Jug and Glass Inn!! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported our Barrel Race today. The turnout was absolutely amazing, and it was great to see so many people getting involved and cheering each other on. Well done to everyone who took part – you all made it such a fun and memorable event!! 🍻🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

A special thank you to Lexi Whiteside (we will tag her in the comments.. she was truly amazing!) for providing fantastic live music from 6pm. Not only did she keep the atmosphere buzzing all evening, but she also generously stayed later than planned to keep the good times rolling. We really appreciate it, and everyone had an amazing time! 🎶❤️

Thank you to every single person who joined us today – your support means so much and helps make these community events so special.

Now we look ahead to Saturday’s Village Carnival, and we can’t wait!! Let’s make it even bigger and better than ever. We hope to see you all there! 🎡🎉

What an amazing turnout we’ve had over the last 2 weeks at our Tractor Meet Up!! 🚜🍻

A huge thank you to everyone who’s come along - even with the showers making an appearance!! 🌧️ It’s been brilliant to see so many tractors, friendly faces, and such a great atmosphere each week.

Don’t forget, the Tractor Meet Up is on EVERY Wednesday from 6pm here at The Jug & Glass Inn!!
